Artist Information Submission

  • If you will be handling ticket sales please provide a link to ticket information. Otherwise leave this blank.
  • We offer these services free of charge. Please check the boxes next to the services that you would like.
  • Please provide an image that represents the artist or group to be used in our event promotion. Images must be .jpg, .gif, or .png file types and can be no larger than 10MB. You can submit up to 3 images. Images on Eventbrite and Facebook will be cropped to 2160x1080 pixels (2:1 ratio). We will edit images to fit this size if necessary.

    • If you have requested program creation please provide the list of pieces you will be playing in concert order. If this information isn't available yet please send it as soon as possible to Matt@PianoForteChicago.com.
    • If you have the program in .DOC, .DOCX, or .PDF file types you can upload that here rather than typing it out above. 10MB file size limit.

    • Please upload information about the artist or group. This will be used in the programs and in the event promotion. There is a 3000 character limit.

    • Please provide a link to the artist/group website so we can provide the link in our promotions for people to find more information about you.
    • You probably let us know about these already when filling out the Hall Rental Request, but things may have changed. Please confirm any of these paid services that your recital requires.
