Our hall is perfectly suited for recording solo classical, chamber ensemble, smaller jazz groups, or singer/songwriter and acoustic acts. We are equipped to record up to 24 channels of reference quality audio either live in concert or in a closed studio session.
We also have three robotic cameras that shoot Full HD video, all operated from our control room. These are ideal for concert capture or audition video recordings. If you are in need of a more complex video project we are also equipped to bring in extra cameras and help you create a studio-style music video.
Whether it’s a live concert or a studio session we are able to live stream to YouTube, Twitch, or Facebook using our robotic camera system. Your concert or presentation could be viewed from anywhere in the world and open you up to a much larger audience.

Audio Recording


  • $150 for 1-hr (60-minutes) of recording time
    • Files are delivered as .WAV via Dropbox
    • CD’s available upon request; $5 per disc
    • Hall rental, piano rental, audio engineer, and 1 hour of post-processing are included
    • Additional Post-Processing rates may apply*
  • $150 for a live concert recording
    • Includes audio recording and 1 hour of post-processing

Video Recording


  • $225 for 1-hr (60-minutes) of recording time (Audio and Video)
    • Files are delivered as .MP4 via Dropbox
    • DVD’s available upon request; $10 per disc
    • Hall rental, piano rental, audio engineer, and 1 hour of post-processing are included
  • $250 for a live concert recording
    • Includes audio, video, webcasting, and 1 hour of post-processing
  • Additional Post-Processing rates may apply*
  • You can opt-in to a free Live Webcast to our YouTube or Facebook page or another page of your choice.



In order to deliver a finalized, distributable file format (WAV, MP3, MP4, etc), all recording projects require post-processing. In general, one hour of recorded material can be finalized within one hour of post-processing time. In some instances, additional post-processing is necessary in order to complete the project. In these cases, post-processing is billed at an hourly rate of $75/hr.

  • 5-7 Business Days
  • Next Day Rush Processing – subject to a $75 Rush Processing Fee. Rush Processing requests must be made at time of booking and are subject to availability.

Victor Le Jeune – Lead Engineer / Director of Photography

A native of Miami, Victor moved to Illinois in 2008 to pursue a Bachelor of Music from Northern Illinois University where he also studied Audio Engineering. With experience in a wide variety of production environments and a passion for producing exceptional media, Victor’s main objective is to ensure every project exceeds clients’ expectations.

Joshua Arizmendi – Assistant Engineer

Joshua graduated with a BA in Audio Arts & Acoustics from Columbia College Chicago, focusing mostly on studio recording.  After graduation, he started doing more live stereo recordings of orchestras, choirs, and barbershop quartets. He started working at PianoForte Studios as an intern in the winter of 2015 and then completed a three month internship at Chicago Recording Company in May of 2016. Joshua is currently an Assistant Engineer at PianoForte Studios.

Amber Carter – Assistant Engineer

Amber Carter is a recording/mix/live sound engineer based out of Chicago. She has mixed and mastered multiple albums/singles and run a number of live events ranging from jazz/rock shows to musical theatre and a variety in between. Her wide skill set and passion for audio is displayed as she puts forth her best efforts in all tasks presented to her. Amber loves being a part of the creative process from start to finish and plans to continually expand and improve her skill set as an audio professional.

Quinn Klarer – Assistant Engineer

Quinn Klarer has had a passion for orchestral music his entire life. After studying cello with Steve Balderston at the DePaul School of Music, Quinn began his career as an audio engineer at the renowned post-production studio, Airstream Audio. There, he has worked on an array of projects ranging from national ad campaigns too short films. As a recording engineer Quinn has worked on film scores and full-length albums at I.V. Labs, Decade Studios, and Electrical Audio. Quinn’s diverse talents and experience in music and audio ensure professional results with anything he approaches.
