Stephan Dimos: Piano Recital @ PianoForte Studios

Stephan Dimos will compete in the 5th annual Windsor International Piano Competition this July at Windsor Parish Church of St. John the Baptist, located next to Windsor Castle in England. Prior to this competition, Stephan will perform a series of recitals in the greater Chicago area, including Pianoforte Studios. He completed approximately two years of study at the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre, and Dance as an undergraduate piano performance major, and he has furthered his musical studies at Northwestern University, Chicago College of the Performing Arts, DePaul University, Valparaiso University, and Indiana University Bloomington. In 2015, he competed in the 8th Boston International Piano Competition, and as a young pianist, he placed 4th in the United States Open Music Competition. He is a current student of Dr. Andrea Schneider, and his teachers have also included Dr. James Giles, Professor Anton Nel, Professor Alan Chow, Professor Adam Neiman, and Professor Bethyne Emery. In 2018, he graduated from the University of Oxford with a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Strategy, and he also holds an undergraduate degree in finance and accounting from Indiana University Northwest.
