Ilya Kaler is one of the most sought-after teachers in the world and currently serves as a violin professor at the Cleveland Institute of Music. Mr. Kaler’s Summer teaching and performing engagements include the Chautauqua Music Festival, Heifetz International Music Institute, Keshet Eilon Music Center in Israel, Bowdoin International Music Festival, and the Montreal Chamber Music Festival. Kaler is also frequently a judge for the world’s most prestigious violin competitions, including the International Tchaikovsky Competition, Sibelius International Violin Competition in Finland, Henri Marteau International Competition in Germany, as and the International Music Competition in China.
