Recital Space rental Though we use our piano showroom for our own recital and concert series, it is also available for concerts arranged by outside parties for a fee. The rental arrangement will provide for a Fazioli piano on the stage and for seating of up to 60 people in the main section of the showroom. Rentals are possible any day of the week, provided the space is not previously booked. We also have had two piano concerts (which obviously require additional set-up). Our standard rental fee is $100 per hour, but may vary according to client needs. A minimum fee of $200 is usually required, because of the work involved in setting up the room and cleaning up the recital space. Other services such as recording, refreshments, rehearsals may generate additional charges. If you are interested in renting our space for a concert or event, please contact us at (312) 291-0000. We invite you to visit the space (seen below) which was originally designed as a drama studio in the late 1800s for Anna Morgan. Ibsen's play "The Wild Duck" was premiered on our stage. The space offers an intimate salon atmosphere one rarely finds outside of Europe with excellent acoustics and stage lighting, as well as high-grade recording capability.
